How much does a Hugh & Grace advocate make in 2023?

Let’s break down what it takes to be an advocate for Hugh & Grace, as well as how much you can make.

I want to give you some information about being a Hugh and Grace advocate, including who we are as a company, the compensation plan, and how this business can look for you.

What is Hugh & Grace?

Hugh & Grace was created by a husband and wife, Ben and Sara Jensen, who dealt with 14 years of unexplained infertility.  They found that daily products can include toxic chemicals that impact our hormones and health. After partnering with experts, they created Hugh & Grace which is named after their two kids who they had through surrogacy. 

As we are only 3 years old, we are in the ”expansion” of the growth phase meaning we are becoming more and more known around America. We have started partnering with incredible companies like Meadowood, Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, Calamigos Guest Ranch, Rachel Zoe, Curateur, Rodeo Drive Women’s Health Center, and more. 

Being in the Expansion phase is a crucial point for companies as it can be the tipping point.  But with Hugh and Grace, hormone health is a large and fast growing market and we are the leaders. The momentum is growing and will take place in year 5 ongoing to year 10. Once we hit year 10+, that is stability where consistent growth occurs. Our market has grown significantly where 70% of our revenue comes from repeat customers and advocates. We are here to stay and continue being the leader in hormone health.

Personal success

I joined Hugh and Grace a little over a year ago and it has been one of the best ways to grow into a business-like mindset. If you think about it, we do sales everyday. Whether you share those shoes you just got with a friend, refer someone to that chiropractor, or share a drink that you love. Being an advocate is no different. These products are top quality that I’m sure you will fall in love with. Not to mention, change your lifestyle using hormone supportive ingredients. 

For me, I joined because I wanted multiple streams of income. Relying on my one 9-5 job isn’t going to keep up with inflation. I love that I can do it from anywhere I want.

Not to mention, that I also kept hearing how the skincare products changed people’s lives. I finally ordered some for myself and I am telling you now, I may never use anything else. It changed  my life. 

I have also noticed this company cares about us advocates meaning their compensation plan is changing in the next year due to our concerns. They listen to us and work behind the scenes to put more money into the hands of advocates. I have grown in this company more than I have in my two years at a previous network marketing company. 

Is the Hugh & Grace business opportunity right for me?

The Hugh and Grace business opportunity includes supporting an amazing mission, “better than clean” as we hold our products to a high standard. They are natural, high performing, and do not contain any toxins or harmful chemicals. They are even safe to use while pregnant and on children. 

With all of that said, being an advocate is based on effort. You need to put in work to make money. The compensation is very generous as it ranges from 25 – 40% of sales and we get paid weekly. They also offer bonuses when you hit certain numbers/ranks throughout the month.

Your business will look different from other people and that is totally okay. For some women, it can be their main source of income, and for others it can be their hobby. Many women work this business in addition to their full time or part time jobs. For me, I work it alongside my full time job. 

At the end of October 2023, we just hit 5,000 brand advocates. Each person makes a different amount of money depending on their amount of sales. There is no guarantee of making money after joining. It is fully up to you to earn that money through hard work and dedication.

Three ways to be involved

Advocate

Signing up as an advocate allows you to earn 25-40% in personal commissions based on what you sell. You pay $45 to sign up which will give you access to your website and the 25% discount on all products. No monthly fees or quotas are required. If you want to continue being an advocate, you will pay a $45 annual renewal fee for your website.

The only requirement to maintain “advocate” status is selling $200 every 6 months. Your own purchases also count for this. The average amount of a Hugh & Grace Insider (HG Insider) order is $125. For example, if a HG Insider spends $125, then you will get $31.25. And the more you sell the more you earn.

Affiliate

You can enroll as an affiliate (for free) where you will receive your own link to share with people. You earn 20% on all sales, get a 10% discount with a personalized code for your community, and 20% discount on all products.

Retail Advocate 

If you are a business, you can enroll as a retail advocate to carry Hugh & Grace products in your store. As a business who holds these products, you can buy products at 30% off retail resulting in a 43% retail markup.

Normal advocates can talk with businesses like hair salons, chiropractors, and/or boutiques to enroll them as a retail advocate. This is a win-win for both people!

Professional growth

Joining as an advocate allows you to grow in many ways. You do NOT have to recruit people or mentor a team. You can be very successful working the business yourself.

However, if you do choose to grow a team, your earnings will increase. It takes a lot of time and effort to help others grow a business, but it can be done through a variety of ways. I have been creating my own team where I support people 1:1, am available for trainings and meetings, share resources for group trainings, and more. 

In addition, you are also able to earn incentives like merch and trips. A couple months ago I earned a hat. Our next incentive trip is to Hawaii in April 2023! If you sign up today, you can also work to earn that trip!

Is Hugh & Grace a pyramid scheme?
